MORE FROM ELIZA

I see therapy as an incredibly tender practice. My work is built on a foundation of collaboration and choice, and I hold the space with care and intention. I work with individuals across the lifespan, families with children ages 14+, and romantic relationships.

I am honored to sit with the varying, and at times competing, truths that come to light, and I recognize the impact of the systems that shape our lives. I view non-linear thinking as a strength and as someone with ADHD, I bring both personal and professional experience supporting clients navigating a world that is not always designed for them. I find my lens well suited for those who think systemically—often artists, care professionals, and researchers—and those navigating interpersonal distress. They each bring complex histories, relationships, and experiences that shape their lives.

My approach is grounded in feminist theory, liberation psychology, and cultural humility. I practice Integrative Systemic Therapy, drawing from a range of therapeutic approaches, to meet the unique needs of each client. My work is strengths-based, attachment-focused, and informed by additional training in Emotionally Focused Therapy.

I aim to help clients better understand themselves, build more connected relationships, and move toward lives that feel aligned with their values. Whether you're navigating something with a multi-generational history, facing relationship challenges, or noticing an issue that doesn't yet have a name, I will meet you with warmth, curiosity, and care as we work toward clarity, and meaningful change.
