About
WHY MARIGOLD
In gardening, marigolds are considered “companion plants” because the plants planted near marigolds are more likely to bloom and grow. As a group of therapists, we believe this to be true on multiple levels: loving a part of one’s self can incite loving one’s whole self, a regulated parent can regulate a family; a healed marriage can inspire the healing of a friend’s marriage. Growth for one of us is growth for all of us — we simply cannot be disentangled from our relationships and communities at large. Personal healing is inherently interpersonal and communal.
Plant a marigold, and the whole garden grows.
WHO WE ARE
We are a collective of passionate, warm, emotionally attuned therapists.
We prioritize building a nurturing yet challenging client-therapist relationship in which you can safely explore your inner world and your relationships.
OUR FIVE GUIDING PRINCIPLES
operate a co-op style, non-hierarchical practice
that provides quality, evidence-informed psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families
at accessible rates, informed by anti-oppressive structures,
while still allowing therapists to live comfortably and sustainably
in a professional community of safety, joy, and collaboration
We asked ourselves — is it possible to…
and we discovered the answer was yes.
